What is it: "The Storytelling Formula" is a simple exercise to make your teams/groups share their needs and possible problems.

What is it: "3 Energizers" are simple ways to boost your people in a matter of seconds. I've used these activities remotely, live, even in large conference settings. They are my life savers.

What is it: "The Danish Clapping Game" is an energizer (invented in Denmark ;)) you can do anytime and anywhere. Without props and with immediate energy results.

9. "The Rock Paper Scissor Tournament" 


What is it: "The Rock Paper Scissor Tournament"  is an energizer you can also do anytime and anywhere. Also, here, you can go as you are, without props and with immediate energy results.
