Purpose Is Not a Job Title — It’s Something Deeper. Here’s What Purpose Creation Really Means.

Purpose

Let’s just say it:

Your job title won’t save you from feeling empty.

I know that hits hard.

We’ve been told that the right role, the perfect company, or the dream career will magically make everything feel aligned. Like once you get there — then you’ll feel purposeful.

But here's what’s actually true:

🧠 According to recent studies, only 39% of workers say their job is “very important” to their overall identity.

That means most people already suspect that purpose has to be about more than a business card or LinkedIn headline.

But still…We chase the next promotion.

We think maybe that cooler mission statement will do the trick.

We try to earn a feeling of meaning from outside ourselves.

👉 But maybe we’re just tuning into the wrong frequency.

Frequency Over Title: The Shift That Changes Everything

Einstein once said something simple but game-changing:

“Match the frequency of the reality you want… and that reality will show up.”

He wasn’t being poetic.

He was literally talking about physics.

Think of a radio. You don’t change the music by buying a better radio. You tune in to the right station.

💡 That’s how purpose works too. It’s a state, not a job.

Science Backs This, Too

Dr. David Hawkins studied this stuff — and he found that every emotion carries a measurable energy (or frequency):

  • Shame? ~20 Hz

  • Fear? Around 100 Hz

  • Anger? Slightly higher

  • Love + joy? Way up in the 500–600 Hz range

Your job title has nothing to do with this.

But your emotional state at work?

That’s everything.

What Frequency Are You Broadcasting?

I’ve seen this in real life.

✨ A burnt-out accountant who started seeing patterns in numbers like art.

✨ A customer service rep who decided every call was a chance to lift someone’s day.

✨ A manager who shifted from control to empowerment — and watched her team thrive.

Same job. Same environment. Different frequency.

And suddenly, it all felt different.

Purpose as frequency means you can access it anywhere, anytime. You don't need permission from your boss. You don't need a career change. You don't need a promotion.

You need alignment.

So How Do You Step Into Purpose Creation — Right Now?

Start small.

Ask:

  • Am I showing up from fear or curiosity?

  • From lack or love?

  • Am I trying to prove myself — or express myself?

Then start adjusting. One breath. One meeting. One email at a time.

Find little ways to bring more YOU into what you do — even if your job isn’t “perfect.”

Beyond the Business Card

The most fulfilled people I know don’t wait for a title to feel meaningful.

They bring meaning to what they do. And let their work reflect it.

Your job? Just a container.Your purpose? That’s your frequency.

And it’s available right now. Without needing to change everything.

Here’s the Truth I Had to Learn:

I chased titles too. I thought “maybe that role” would unlock a deeper sense of meaning.

But purpose creation wasn’t waiting at the next rung of the ladder.

It was waiting for me to get quiet enough… to listen and tune in.

What Now?

✨ Your job title isn’t your identity.

✨ Purpose isn’t out there.

✨ You don’t have to wait to feel it.

You just need to tune in. And let your life reflect that frequency.

You ready?
