Access the subconscious state. Breathwork, meditation, hypnosis — these bring the brain into alpha or theta waves (where reprogramming becomes possible).
Install new programming. Use repetition, emotion, sensory input. Affirmations alone don’t work — feeling is the key.
Integrate through practice. Repetition creates reinforcement. Neural pathways become stronger each time you act from the new belief.
This is not a one-and-done fix. It’s a practice. But it works.
