Today, I want to share my journey of giving up what I call the "Big 3" – habits that transformed my life, boosted my mental health, and revitalized my energy forever.


  1. Alcohol: While never a heavy drinker, I found myself drawn to the allure of champagne and sparkling beverages. However, I realized alcohol served as a crutch, allowing me to avoid confronting my inner shadows. Giving it up not only improved my sleep and clarity but also deepened my connection to intuition and focus.

  2. News Consumption: In today's fast-paced world, constant exposure to fear-inducing news can leave us feeling overwhelmed and powerless. Letting go of this habit freed me from mental fatigue, enhancing my daily vitality and refocusing my energy on personal goals.

  3. People Pleasing: Seeking validation from others drains our energy and diminishes our sense of self. Letting go empowered me to live life authentically, without constantly seeking approval.

By relinquishing these "Big 3," I discovered that my energy became my most potent tool in crafting the life I desired and deserved.
