How to deal with anxiety / fear? The Butterfly Hug 🦋

This morning I had the pleasure again to share hands on transformational tools on how to manage and say good bye to fear with my masterminders.

So often we talk about the fact that we believe fear is a baggage, even part of our identity. That the only way to manage it is to push it down.

BUT, HONESTLY, HAVE YOU EVER BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH THAT LONG TERM?

I haven't. Nobody of my masterminders ever have.

So I ask you today:

Is it really necessary to move through this live with heavy shoulders?

Can you allow yourself to free yourself from fear for good?

Fear = Your friend.

Well, first and foremost fear to me nowadays, having moved through these shadows and transmuting them and having supported coachees in doing the same, I believe it's your friend.

Why?

It tells you what’s up and that there is old stuff (no longer relevant, maybe?!) and emotions that want to be felt. That want to be released.

Now. Old programming might whisper into your ears at this point:

"Well, that won’t work.“

„You've always been living with this kind of fear.“ And will obviously continue to do so."

Or you find yourself hearing this voice inside your head saying:

"DON'T". As in don't cry - also old programming from when you were a child.

To my experience the simplest and truly most effective way how you process emotions / fear successfully, so that they are gone forever, is:

FEELING IT TO HEAL IT.

How?

Allow yourself to cry.

Allow yourself to feel it ALL.

The Butterfly Hug

A wonderful tool to add on that is the highly effective Butterfly Hug. This tool often used in trauma therapy can give your release within minutes and my clients use it even in acute situations. All you need are your two hands. Feel free to watch a little Butterfly Hug description down below.

Remember:

There is really no shame around fear.

And getting help from friends or coaches is totally ok. Know that you don't have to live with it.

Any questions? Reach out to me any time.

With love and till soon,

Hedi
